Turn feedback into action with built-in summaries, themes, and next steps

We’re excited to announce that AI Insights is now available to all Creators on the live POPin platform. This new feature is designed to save you time, help you spot patterns faster, and provide actionable recommendations after each session, so you can move from feedback to action in minutes.

What is AI Insights?

AI Insights is a smart reporting tool that automatically analyzes open-ended session responses and generates:

  • A short summary of what participants are saying

  • Key themes that cluster similar ideas or concerns

  • Actionable recommendations based on engagement and sentiment

  • Notes on data limitations

  • Tips for improving future survey design

How to Access AI Insights

  1. Go to your POPin session
Log in at https://app.popinnow.com and select any session that has at least one question with responses.

  2. Click on the "Results" tab
Navigate to the Results tab from your session dashboard.

  3. Scroll down and click "AI Insights"
You’ll find a new AI Insights tab available beneath each open-ended question. Click it to generate your summary.

⏳ It may take a few seconds for insights to appear as the AI processes the responses.

What You’ll See

Each question generates up to five insight sections:

  • Executive Summary – A short narrative that captures the main points of the feedback.

  • Key Themes – Groupings of similar ideas or concerns for easy prioritization.

  • Recommendations – AI-generated next steps based on what your team said.

  • Limitations – Notes about response quantity or clarity that may affect insight quality.

  • Survey Design Feedback – Suggestions to improve your question design for next time.

We Want Your Feedback

This is just the beginning. We’re still actively improving this feature and would love to hear what you think. What’s useful? What’s missing? What could be even better?
