WEEK ONE

In the last three months, describe a standout performance by a team member (or someone who supports our team) that no one talked about.

Describe something the team overcame in the last 6 months that you take the most pride in.

No sessions launched. Take time to recognize those people and projects identified in week one and pre-seed communications for week three sessions.


WEEK THREE

Session 3: Learning from Failure

Failure is not the opposite of success. Rather, failure is a step in the process of learning! Please share: What's one failure you learned the most from in the last year?

Session 4: Improving Communication

As the organization grows and changes, what's one way our team can be more relevant in our decision making process?


WEEK FOUR

No sessions launched. Close the loop with recognition of findings and take any immediate actions necessary. Pre-seed communications for week five sessions.


WEEK FIVE

Session 5: Exposing the Truth

What is the main issue holding you back from being more of a team player?

No sessions launched. Assess responses from week five and determine which questions to ask in week seven.
