1. Start a Crowdsource Session

Begin by creating a new crowdsource session in POPin. It’s important to choose a clear, descriptive title for your session, as this helps the AI generate more relevant question suggestions tailored to your topic.

2. Enter Your Initial Question

Once your session is set up and titled, enter your first draft question. This can be a simple prompt or a more detailed inquiry, whatever best fits your session’s goal. Don’t worry about making it perfect; the AI is here to help you refine it.

3. Access the AI Suggestions Tab

Within your session interface, you’ll notice a new tab labeled Get AI Suggestions. Click on this tab to open the AI-powered question generator. This is where the magic happens.

4. Generate AI-Recommended Questions

After opening the AI Suggestions tab, click the Generate button. The AI will analyze your session title and initial question, then provide a list of relevant, collaborative questions. Take a moment to review these suggestions and see which ones resonate with your session’s purpose.

5. Select and Use a Suggested Question

When you find a question you like, simply click on it. The selected question will automatically populate in your session space, ready for you to use with your team.

6. Refine and Regenerate as Needed

If you want more options or a sharper focus, you can click Generate again to receive new suggestions based on your current inputs. You’re also free to edit any question, add specific calls to action, or further personalize it before generating more options. The AI Question Generator allows for on-the-spot refinement, so you can keep adjusting your questions until you’re satisfied with their clarity and focus.

7. Who Can Use This Feature?

The AI Question Generator is available to ALL users.
