How do I manage my POPin subscription?

Whether you have questions about your current subscription status or need to cancel, this article is for you!

Unclear on what type of subscription you even have?

Your POPin subscription info shows up in your Account Settings. To get there:

  1. Navigate to your account settings by selecting your profile icon in the top-right corner of the screen.

  2. Select 'My Account' from the menu.

Here, you will see one of the following options:

  • Enterprise Plan: This means you are associated with an organization that purchased a plan that allows for unlimited session Creators. (That being said ... your organization's POPin Administrator may have restrictions turned on, limiting session creation to only authorized users.)

  • Single Creator: This means that, while you have a paid subscription that allows you to create POPin sessions, you are not part of enterprise plan. So, others in your organization would need to purchase their own Single Creator subscription if they want to launch and manage their own sessions.

  • 14-Day Trial: This means that, while you can participate in POPin sessions, you do not have a paid subscription that allows you to launch and manage your own sessions beyond the trial period.

Please note: Our paid POPin subscriptions are unrestricted. Meaning, POPin Creators are not limited to the number of sessions they can run ... nor are they limited to the number of people they can invite to participate. As such, your subscription fee will not increase based on usage. So, POPin away!
