Managing settings thru the Enterprise Dashboard

Use this article to learn how to manage org-level POPin settings thru the Enterprise Dashboard.

Let's start here: Who can access the Enterprise Dashboard?

To access Enterprise Dashboard Settings:

  1. Click the icon with your initials or profile picture in the upper-right corner of the screen.

  2. Select Enterprise Dashboard from the menu.

  3. Once in the Enterprise Dashboard: Click the Settings tab.

What settings can be managed thru the Enterprise Dashboard?

Account Basics: Here, you can edit your organization name and identify associated domain names. If your organization needs to add or remove domains throughout the life of your subscription, your Administrative Account Owner can work with our Client Success Team to update this account configuration.

Account Administrators: Add as many POPin Administrators as you would like. That being said, you can only grant administrator privileges to registered POPin users within your organization.

POPin Configuration and Defaults: 

  • Choose short or long links depending on which you would like all POPin Creators in your organization to share with users. 

  • Restrict POPin creation to authorized users if you would like to limit creation to specific employees. When you enable this restriction for the first time, the list will be empty and you will need to add users to the authorized list. If you disable the option and enable it again later, the entire list will be cleared.

Ensure POPin Email Delivery: Safelist POPin domain names so system-generated emails including invites, reminders, password change notifications and more do not end up in spam or junk folders.

Authentication: Choose from Standard Authentication or set up single-sign-on authentication so your employees do not have to remember multiple passwords. Learn more on how to configure your SAML 2.0 Single Sign-on here.
